Who provides the service
enhanzu is a brand operated by Bienes y Servicios Latam, a sole proprietorship based in Panama City, Panama. These terms govern use of the enhanzu.com website, of the workspace at app.enhanzu.com and of the agents we build and operate for a business.
By using the service you accept these terms. If you contract on behalf of a company, you state that you have authority to bind it.
What is included
We build a system of AI agents tailored to your operation and leave it running connected to your channels. The specific scope of each engagement is agreed before we start and prevails if anything on this page reads more generally.
The price is a one time payment for leaving the system built and working, not a monthly fee for using it. Infrastructure and third party APIs the system consumes are billed to you at their real cost. The first month of support is included and after that support is optional.
Connecting your WhatsApp account
If you connect your WhatsApp Business account to enhanzu, you authorize us to send and receive messages on behalf of your business and to register your number on the Meta platform. You remain the holder of that account and the controller of your customers' data, and you can revoke access whenever you want from your own Meta business manager or by asking us.
Use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's terms, and Meta may suspend or limit an account on its own without any involvement from us. You are responsible for making sure the messages you send comply with those terms and with applicable law, in particular for having the consent of the people you write to.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate another person or business, to distribute illegal or misleading content, or to attempt to compromise the security of the system or the access of other clients. We may suspend the service if we detect such use.
Content and ownership
What you put into the system stays yours. Replies and materials the system generates for your business belong to you. The platform, the code of the agents and the enhanzu brand are ours and do not transfer with the delivered work.
Artificial intelligence and its limits
The agents generate text and other materials automatically and can be wrong. The service is provided as is, with no warranty that a given output is accurate or fit for a particular purpose, and it does not replace professional, legal or financial advice. When the output matters, review it before publishing or sending it.
We do what is reasonable to keep the service available, but it depends on external providers such as Meta, Railway, Cloudflare and Anthropic, and it can be interrupted for reasons outside our control.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability towards you is limited to the amount you paid for the work the claim arises from, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Termination
You can stop using the service whenever you want and ask for your accounts to be disconnected and your conversations deleted. We may terminate the service if you breach these terms. On termination we hand over what is yours and delete what remains stored, except for what we must keep by legal obligation.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so through the channel you have active with us, and the version in force is always the one published on this page with its date.
