Who provides the service

enhanzu is a brand operated by Andrés Lazo, based in San José, Costa Rica. These terms govern use of the enhanzu.com website, of the workspace at app.enhanzu.com and of the agents we build and operate for a business.

By using the service you accept these terms. If you contract on behalf of a company, you state that you have authority to bind it.

What is included

We build a system of AI agents tailored to your operation and leave it running connected to your channels. The specific scope of each engagement is agreed before we start and prevails if anything on this page reads more generally.

There is a setup fee, for leaving the system built and working, and a monthly fee for operating it, as set out in the proposal you accept. The setup fee is paid upfront and the monthly fee one month in advance. If a third party cost, such as Meta messaging fees, is on your side, the proposal says so. Changes outside what was agreed are quoted separately.

Connecting your WhatsApp account

If you connect your WhatsApp Business account to enhanzu, you authorize us to send and receive messages on behalf of your business and to register your number on the Meta platform. You remain the holder of that account and the controller of your customers' data, and you can revoke access whenever you want from your own Meta business manager or by asking us.

Use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's terms, and Meta may suspend or limit an account on its own without any involvement from us. You are responsible for making sure the messages you send comply with those terms and with applicable law, in particular for having the consent of the people you write to.

Connecting your Google account

enhanzu HR, enhanzu Apply and enhanzu Científico ask you to sign in with your Google account and, to work, for permission to use your Gmail or your Drive. Each one asks only for what it uses and explains it before Google shows you the permission screen: HR reads the company's Gmail and saves to its Drive, Apply reads companies' replies in read-only mode from the desktop app and saves to your Drive on the web, and Científico saves to your Drive. In Drive, each service only sees the files it creates. The details are in the privacy policy.

You can remove the permission at any time from your Google account, under Security, Apps with access. From that moment the service can no longer access your Gmail or your Drive and stops working until you connect it again. What the service already saved in your Drive is yours and stays there. The permission we kept becomes useless, and we delete it when you close your account or ask us to, within thirty days.

enhanzu Científico

enhanzu Científico, at https://cientifico.enhanzu.com, is a support tool for drafting and reviewing graduate research protocols, thesis reports and articles. It is bought per project, with a one-time payment that enables a project in the chosen line for 180 days, with a maximum number of runs. The price in force is the one on the purchase page at the time of payment.

What «Con revisión del equipo» (team review) includes. In this mode, what the tool produces is not delivered to you right away: a person from the enhanzu Científico academic team reviews it first. The review covers the method (that the design, sample and analysis are consistent with the research question) and the figures (that the numbers in the text match the results and the tables). It is one round: the team corrects what it finds directly in the document or leaves you a note, and delivers it. It does not include meetings, exchanging versions or reviewing again after you make changes. If we need something from you to review it, we will ask by email.

We deliver it to your Google Drive within 7 business days from when it goes into review. If for any reason we do not review it within 30 days, we deliver it as is, marked as not reviewed, and refund the difference between this mode and self-service.

What we do not guarantee. The review improves the document but does not ensure approval by your advisor, your committee, your university, an ethics committee or a journal: that decision is theirs and depends on criteria we do not control. You remain the author and are responsible for the content, the data you provide and for following your institution's rules on the use of tools and outside help.

Artificial intelligence use statement. Every document the tool produces includes, at the end of the methods, a suggested paragraph declaring the use of artificial intelligence: it names the model used (Claude, by Anthropic) and says what it did in that document, for example proposing a first draft or searching bibliographic databases for references. The text is fixed, not written by the model, and comes with a comment explaining that it is optional. You decide whether to keep it, move it where your institution asks or delete it; the obligation to declare AI use, if any, is yours and your institution's. In a thesis's data analysis, the statistical calculations are done by a program on your dataset, not by the language model.

Refunds of the one-time payment.

• Before using it: if you have not run any function of the project, we refund the full amount within 7 days of purchase.
• Once used, the payment is not refunded, because each run has a processing cost that has already been incurred.
• If it fails on our side: if a run fails before it starts working, it does not count against the project. If it fails midway without delivering anything, write to us and we will restore it. If the service could not deliver any document of the project because of a failure on our side, we refund the full amount.
• Review not done: if the team does not review within 30 days, we refund the difference with self-service, as stated above.

Refunds are made through the same payment method (PayPal) by writing to contacto@enhanzu.com from the purchase email. We handle the request within 10 business days.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate another person or business, to distribute illegal or misleading content, or to attempt to compromise the security of the system or the access of other clients. We may suspend the service if we detect such use.

Content and ownership

What you put into the system stays yours. Replies and materials the system generates for your business belong to you. The platform, the code of the agents and the enhanzu brand are ours and do not transfer with the delivered work.

Artificial intelligence and its limits

The agents generate text and other materials automatically and can be wrong. The service is provided as is, with no warranty that a given output is accurate or fit for a particular purpose, and it does not replace professional, legal or financial advice. When the output matters, review it before publishing or sending it.

We do what is reasonable to keep the service available, but it depends on external providers such as Meta, Railway, Cloudflare and Anthropic, and it can be interrupted for reasons outside our control.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability towards you is limited to the amount you paid for the work the claim arises from, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Termination

You can stop using the service whenever you want and ask for your accounts to be disconnected and your conversations deleted. We may terminate the service if you breach these terms. On termination we hand over what is yours and delete what remains stored, except for what we must keep by legal obligation.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so through the channel you have active with us, and the version in force is always the one published on this page with its date.
