How it works

1 · Sign in with Google
At hr.enhanzu.com you accept a single Google permissions screen to read your Gmail and save to your Drive. If you prefer, we connect it with you on a call.
2 · Describe the opening
Write what you look for in the role, in your own words. That profile, plus the job ad if you paste its link, is the rule every candidate is ranked by.
3 · Review the results
Ask for an inbox review and the report and candidate sheet are brought up to date in your Drive. An inbox with years of history is reviewed in batches.

Privacy
Your candidates' data stays in your Google.
Reports and the candidate sheet are saved to a folder in your Drive. We keep your license, your subscription status and the encrypted access permission, and the working copy of each review is deleted after 30 minutes without activity. The details are in our privacy policy.
